I just received this new horn to review. All I can say is you definitely want to be one of the first owners of this High Bb Horn! Once you get over how cute it is, you'll discover all the other uses for it. You can play high horn easier, while playing on your own horn mouthpiece. The high range is a bit easier, and more importantly the notes are further apart! This is a great instrument one can practice playing high on without worrying about accuracy as much as on the regular Bb horn. This instrument can help us develop our Fearless high playing for sure! My colleague here at IU, trumpet faculty Joey Tartell, calls it the "Pocket Rotary Left-Handed Trumpet".
